At Wild Together, we want you to love your tee as much as we love a perfectly timed campfire s'more. If something's not right, we'll make it right — simple, fast, and without making you jump through a single hoop.

What We Cover

We offer full refunds or free reprints for:

  • 🎽 Wrong item sent — wrong size, wrong design, wrong anything on our end. Mistakes happen. We fix them.
  • 🚫 Damaged or defective products — if it arrived that way, it's on us.
  • 🖨️ Manufacturing or printing errors — significant defects in print quality are fully covered.

(The dirt your kids added on day one, however, is entirely on them.)

Important — Please Read

Because every Wild Together tee is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (use the size guide — it's there for a reason!)
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Simply changing your mind

We know that's not what anyone wants to hear — but it's the reality of print-on-demand. The good news: our size guide is detailed, accurate, and will save you every time. When in doubt, size up. More room for s'mores. 🍪

A Note on Print Placement

Our tees are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology. There is an industry-standard tolerance of ±0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects. If your print falls significantly outside this range, absolutely reach out — we'll make it right.

How to Request a Refund or Reprint

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Email us at support@wildtogether.store
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach a clear photo showing the issue
  4. That's it. We'll take it from there.

No lengthy forms. No return shipping required. No passive-aggressive automated responses. Just a real human sorting it out for you. 🏕️

A Note on Care

Our tees are built for adventure — but even the toughest gear appreciates a little TLC. Please follow the care instructions on your garment:

  • Machine wash cold (max 30°C/90°F) with similar colors
  • Tumble dry on low heat
  • Iron on low heat only — never directly over the print
  • Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

And yes — no boiling them to get the marshmallow out. We've thought about it. It doesn't work. Trust us on this one.
