Where are you located?
We're based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada — where the winters are brutal, the camping season is short, and the coffee is strong out of pure survival instinct. 🍁
BUT — if you're in the US, here's the only part that matters to you: your order is printed and shipped from inside the United States through our partners in Florida and Texas. No customs. No border drama. No Canadian geese delivering your package. Just your tee, shipped fast, from right there in the good ol' USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the US, Canada, and worldwide. Because outdoor families exist everywhere — even places where people call it a "holiday" instead of a "vacation." Shipping rates vary by location, so check our shipping policy for the details specific to your corner of the planet.
How long does shipping take?
Once you order, it takes about 1–2 business days to print your tee and another 4–8 business days to ship it to you. We know. We know. But here's the thing — your shirt isn't sitting in a warehouse somewhere aging like a forgotten granola bar. It's being made fresh, just for you.
We'll send a tracking email the second it ships so you can refresh the page every 20 minutes like a kid on Christmas Eve. We support this behavior entirely.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a number that lets you follow your package's entire journey — from the print facility to your front porch. Some people find this oddly satisfying. We are those people.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
If you're in the US — nope. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Your order is printed and shipped from inside the United States, so it never crosses a border. No customs officer, no surprise fees, no awkward package pickup at the post office.
For orders outside the US and Canada, customs fees may apply depending on your country. We wish we could fight that battle for you. We cannot. 😔
What are your shirts made of?
The good stuff. 100% ring-spun cotton — softer, stronger, and more durable than standard cotton. Lightweight 4.5 oz fabric that breathes on the trail, survives the campfire smoke, and holds up to however many times your kid wipes their hands on it.
Pre-shrunk, so the size you order is the size you get. Unlike that wool sweater from 2019. We don't talk about that.
How do I know what size to order?
Check the size guide on the product page — it lives right there next to the product photos, patiently waiting for you. It's detailed, it's accurate, and it will save you from the heartbreak of ordering the wrong size.
Pro tip: When in doubt, size up. More room for s'mores. That's science.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We back every tee with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or looking like it went through the wrong kind of adventure — send us a photo and we'll make it right. Fast. No hoops. No return shipping. No passive-aggressive emails.
One note: because every shirt is printed on demand just for you, we can't accept size exchanges. Use the size guide. We believe in you.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Maybe — but you'll need to be faster than a toddler spotting a mud puddle. Orders go into production quickly, so email us at support@wildtogether.store the second you realize you need a change. If it's already printing, our hands are tied — but we'll always try to help.
Why does it take a few days before it ships?
Because your shirt doesn't exist yet. Seriously — every Wild Together tee is printed on demand, made fresh the moment you order it. No mass production, no dusty warehouse inventory, no shirts that have been sitting in a box since 2022.
It takes a few extra days upfront. But what you get is a higher quality print, zero waste, and a shirt made specifically for your family. Worth it. We promise.
Do you sell matching family sets?
That is literally our whole thing. 😄 Our designs come in adult and kids sizes so you can dress the entire chaos crew and show up to the campsite looking like you planned it. Which you did. Mostly.
Can I get a custom design for my family?
Not yet — but it's coming. Sign up for our email list and you'll be the first to know when custom orders open up. Until then, browse what we've got. There's probably already a design that describes your family perfectly. Possibly too perfectly. 👀
Are the shirts good for kids?
Very much yes. Soft ring-spun cotton, tear-away label for tagless comfort, and reinforced double-needle stitching that handles whatever kids do to clothing — which, based on our own four kids, is genuinely impressive amounts of destruction.
